  3. Scoop egg whites fold into the flour mixture till fully incorporated......then fold in desicanted coconut lastly......
  4. Align your baking tray with parchment paper........scoop 2-3table spoons of your Swiss batter colour with your favourite colours......... using a piping bag draw flowers on the parchment.......then pour your Swiss batter on top......level it....tap it on the table to release air bubbles.......on top you can also draw some patterns if you like........
  5. Bake @150degrees for about 40mins depending with your oven........when ready apply your filling..... while hot slowly fold in.........then cover with parchment paper......refrigerate for about 30mins - 1 hour to cool down.......before cutting...
  6. Texture is awesome and is also yummy......serve with tea, juice, yoghurt.......enjoy😋
